These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the WeekRun website and application (Services) provided by Vista Innovation Pty Ltd (we, us, our) under the trading name WeekRun.

By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The Services provide general information, comparisons, estimates, and educational content only. Nothing is personal financial product advice, tax advice, medical advice, or legal advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions. For advice suited to your circumstances, consult a qualified professional (e.g. financial adviser, accountant, lawyer, doctor).

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use account-based features. The Services are intended for personal, non-commercial household use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must not misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, no attempt to break security, no scraping or automated abuse that harms our systems or other users, no impersonation, and no use that violates applicable law.

If we offer accounts, you must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at privacy@weekrun.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or pose risk to the Services or other users.

The Services may link to or rely on third parties (e.g. retailers, energy information, maps, payment processors). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. We do not control third-party sites or APIs.

Price, plan, and product information may be incomplete or delayed. Always confirm critical details (e.g. contract terms, prices) with the provider before you commit.

WeekRun branding, software, text, graphics, and other content we provide are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the Services for personal use in line with these Terms.

You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Services except where law allows.

The Services are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that results will meet your expectations or savings goals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), our liability for any loss arising from these Terms or the Services is limited, at our option, to resupplying the Services or paying the cost of resupply.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vista Innovation Pty Ltd and its directors and staff against claims or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts in New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
